After a legal career Anthony studied for a BA Honours in Fine Art at Falmouth College of Art. On graduation he moved to Bath where he works in his studio at home in the Bear Flat area.

Anthony uses oil on canvas to paint still lifes and paintings inspired by nature.

He takes part in the annual Bear Flat Open Studios on the second May Bank Holiday weekend, exhibits paintings in The Bear, and in summer 2011 is exhibiting as part of the summer exhibition at the Royal United Hospital, from 23 May-end August.
